From the packaging sheet to the file ready for an inspection - plus a specialist by your side for what a form alone cannot solve.
The packaging sheet is the foundation of the entire documentation. You enter the body and the components - material, weight, recycled content, separability - manually or via database import. Yvora calculates the recyclability grade under Art.6 and Annex II, shows you what lowers the score and suggests improvements.
Generated automatically from the sheet data: description, components, recyclability assessment, recycled content, substances of concern, visual documentation. You upload test reports and supplier data sheets by category, and each one fills in a section. You see the document's completion level in real time.
The document by which the producer declares that the packaging meets the essential requirements. It is generated in the format required by Art.39, automatically pulls the data from the sheet, can be edited and is archived with version history. The nature of the packaging - single-use or reusable - decides the retention period.
Every validated declaration becomes a frozen copy, organised by year and packaging code. The retention period is calculated automatically: 5 years for single-use packaging, 10 years for reusables, from the date of the last placing on the market (Art.39). At an inspection, you download the complete file in a single ZIP.
Track your extended producer responsibility obligations on every relevant EU market - registration, deadlines, fees, reports. The dashboard shows the countdown and alerts you ahead of every deadline.
The application does the mechanical part; the regulation requires judgement. That is why every subscription includes, annually, hours of PPWR consultancy and documentation review - working hours with a specialist, on your actual packaging. Not a help page, but a person by your side before you sign a declaration or face an inspection.
Yvora develops together with the regulation. Each module enters your subscription as it launches.
