The Yvora innovation - the detailed per-packaging analysis

Your suppliers don't send the data, but you must issue the Declaration of Conformity.

Yvora is the only application that helps you build correctly the technical sheet for any packaging for which your suppliers do not send the data.

Over 70% of companies have no technical sheets for their packaging - and yet they sign declarations, taking on the risk.

Example - a PET bottle analysed by Yvora
From the real packaging to the technical sheet - in one minute.
The real market problem

Do you sign without knowing what is in the packaging?

The technical sheets requested from suppliers under Art. 16 PPWR are late or never arrive. Without them, the Declaration of Conformity is signed on trust - and the liability stays with you.

📄

No technical sheets

Over 70% of companies do not have the technical sheets of the packaging they place on the market.

Mandatory from 12 August 2026

The Declaration of Conformity and the technical documentation become mandatory for every packaging - with or without supplier data.

Personally assumed risk

Signing without technical evidence means risk at inspection: invalid documents, undetected banned materials, penalties.

How it works

From packaging to technical sheet, in 4 steps

The detailed analysis is included in the subscription - the application and the consultants work together on every packaging.

1

Load the packaging into Yvora

We link it to the packaging code assigned in your portfolio and start the detailed analysis.

2

Yvora runs a primary analysis in one minute

It identifies the packaging type, the probable components, the plausible materials, separability, weights and dimensions, under the PPWR requirements - with a confidence level for each estimate. The Yvora analysis is a pre-fill proposal, not a source for official documents.

3

The consultants review and validate

The consultants assigned to your contract review and evaluate the results of the primary analysis, apply the necessary changes to the sheet and validate the packagings from the supplier data sheets. They then present the PPWR risks and the future strategic directions for that packaging.

4

Confirm and issue the documents

The proposed components enter the sheet with your confirmation, and the „to be confirmed by suppliers" list becomes your official Art. 16 request - with the template provided by your consultant.

PPWR risks

Identified and explained by the consultant, per packaging: problem materials, non-separable components, markings, legal thresholds.

🧭

PPWR alignment directions

The strategy for your packaging: redesign, compliant materials, recycled content, the DfR standards and EPR fee eco-modulation.

The PPWR articles the alignment is built on

  • Art. 5 - Substances of concern (PFAS and heavy metals)
  • Art. 6 - Recyclable packaging (design for recycling)
  • Art. 7 - Minimum recycled content in plastic packaging
  • Art. 10 - Packaging minimisation
  • Art. 12 - Packaging labelling
  • Art. 39 - Declaration of conformity
  • Art. 44 - Producer registration (EPR)

With later deadlines, also tracked in the application: Art. 11 - labelling of waste receptacles, Art. 17 - authorised representative, Art. 22 - prohibited packaging formats, Art. 50 - deposit and return systems (DRS).

A real analysis example

PET beverage bottle, 300–500 ml, with a screw cap

A transparent plastic bottle (probably PET), with a full-body shrink-sleeve label and a plastic screw cap (probably PP or HDPE). Here is what the Yvora primary analysis identifies:

Analysed PET bottle
Component Polymer / grade (plausible) Separable Confidence
Bottle body PET, probably virgin or rPET Yes / Yes 95%
Screw cap PP or HDPE, pigmented Yes / Yes 85%
Shrink-sleeve label PET-G, OPS or PVC - to confirm No / Yes 65%
Tamper-evident seal (presumed) PP or PE Yes / Yes 70%

Based on the Yvora primary analysis, the consultants assigned to your contract validate the materials, weights and dimensions and present the PPWR risks and the alignment directions for this packaging.
